The main purpose of the Adams County Tax Map office is to review all deed and land contract property descriptions to determine accuracy for transfer.  The Tax Map office is also responsible for the maintenance of the parcel tax maps.  Our office can also provide aid in property research for surveyors, attorneys, land owners, and the general public.

Non-Routine Research

This fee applies mainly to surveyors.  We will provide a copy of the tax map, all adjoiners and deed references, copies of surveys, and any other information the surveyor might need to complete the job.
